Very smile-inducing
My brain wants to speed this up to bluegrass tempo and hear Randy Travis and John Fogerty sing it ;-)

I may be totally wrong (so don’t be offended!) but I’m placing your accent somewhere on the west coast of Scotland, possibly a bit further north than Glasgow - how close am I?! I don’t recall alligators in Oban though (although there were some outside kebab shops on Sauchiehall St!)

How could I be offended “Now you have supported my efforts”? My accent is actually a lot further North than Glasgow and a massive leap over to the East coast. Apart from that you were very close. ;-) By the way I thought “Everglades” in the title might have set the scene but thinking about Sauchiehall Street makes me re-evaluate this.

I think the hardiest adventurer could take anything that the Everglades threw at him, but would tremble at the knees when confronted with the wildlife on Sauchiehall St at 3.30am on a Saturday night!

I’m not sure if that is a compliment or not, but I’ll take it from the thumbs-up that it is, so thanks glad you like it.

lol

Your cool

Tom Bodett is not as cool but uses similar background music and has similarly laid back style … without out the accent. He’s from Alaska. Plus, I happen to like Tom Bodett “:0)
