The whispered prose was done with a (free) sonically filthy text-to-speech app called “Talk Any”. I really should have just recorded my own voice reciting the piece. Anyway….nice silk purse!

When I first heard the vocal on its own most of the words were understandable but once set into the backing track they got absorbed into the music. I could have made it much clearer using Izotope RX software but as I listened more I started to like the way it sounded and I think it works better than a clean vocal.
