Lovely once again. Another eerie and wide open spaces production, floating along the river easily. Great composition using the elements you found and added.

a lush & sophisticated take on this song about unsung bravery in the face of chaos. it means much more now that you’ve done it this way. thanks much.

Good music, Per. You song of deep lament reminds various versions “Wooden Ships”.

Sophisticated production… bone chilling atmospheric sounds- fills the stereo field nicely… strong, steady vocals… In summary, another fantastically gripping track.

This may be my favorite among the tracks you have recently shared with us (which says a lot because I really really like Spainish Moss… .). The production is exquisite as the guitar and vocals dance around each other and together in perfect balance. Your singing is poignant managing to be both soft and pressing at the same time so the pathos in the lyric is experienced viscerally. Another very fine track indeed! Bravo!

Your work - always so well presented. Excellent compilation if musical ideas and source material.
I am still in travel mode - now in Oregon, next California, but its always fun to check in and hear new offerings from the many brilliant stars of ccmixter! |

Beautiful track Per. Is this part of the album you were working on? All the tracks I heard so far are very cohesive . Love the guitar work too.
