The segue from the intro to the full blown part seemed a bit strange despite several listens but overall this has a nice cheesy relish feel!!

Just right for that burger of yours!

Hey you need a shake to go with that. You’ll be getting plenty :-). Nice work. Comparing this to Geert’s orig is a good lesson how a really good foundation idea can be improved on. However, all the production tricks in the world can’t save a dull concept. Credit where credit is due, Geert.

Hey now. This is thoroughly enjoyable.

You’re doing a thing here. You know. A thing. Bringing me back to the 80s, but less horrid.

Nicely, nicely done.

Hey LS,
First of all: thanks a lot for remixing my remix! After you offered to do so I had no doubt in uploading the individual tracks, not only because I admire your work on ccMixter very much, but also because I really like this sort of co-creating processes.
Second: Allthough your approach is more of a rock-approach (instead of the elektropop I had in mind, I really like what you’ve done. As I expected, you did a really good job soundwise, which I admire.
What I don’t get is the rhythmic placement of the vocal. I just can’t figure out how to fit the vocal into the beat. This made me curious enough to listen to the original, which I didn’t do so far (and which I never do by the way). This confirmed my feeling that the vocal would better fit starting it at a different count.
So can we -to continue this co-creation- find a way to do another version, best of both worlds ?

I was very surprised to hear this - I think it’s one of the strong points of the track - it has enough tight beats to make it fit while at the same time giving the impression of a loose flow.

I would keep it this way any day of the week.

i totally love what you’ve done with this! the rock guitar & the more pop/mainstream beat go really well together :)
