Excellent reading of an excellent spoken word passage. This is a great sample to remix.

I finally realized what your feel, cadence and rythmn reminded me of. Langston Hughes’ ‘A Dream Defered’. Whew. glad I got that off my chest. BTW, you sound really good on this. Can voice-over work be far behind? *wink*

`A Raisin in the sun’, thats a really good observation.

VO work, well i do about 20 programmes a year. What can be easier than to sit in a warm room with a cup of coffee and read out loud without popping .

You should do some , you have the Robson velvet tone:-)

What could be easier? A lot of things, for instance sitting alone in a warm room with a glass of wine and nothing to read at all. ;-) I seem to pop more than a bag of corn in the microwave ….

Who cut off the bit at the end, “and so concludes our broadcast for this evening, here on BBC Radio 4.”?

I love it!!! I love it!!!

Rather amusing what you say because here our traffic reports are done by a company called “Shadow Traffic” :-)

I have to admit, I like this so much, I sent a link to my brother so he could play to my niece. I think LS & AM might have a new fanbase!
