I have to agree with RDD about the vocals. Is there any way to pitch adjust?

I love the rest though. That piano is beautiful. (though it was Nightmares on Wax for a second)

More of that please. : )

Thanks, guys. Yeah…I thought I was a bit pitchy when I was playing and recording but thought I might be able to work it given the way Brad sings. Your feedback is helpful. Not sure if I can pitch adjust…hmmm….let me see. Advice?

Cheers,
BLUE

Well, the one guy I remember adjusting melody really well is Thomas with his version of Below by Lisa DeBenedictus during the contest featuring her. He uses a tool called Melodyne by Celemony that is supposed to be really good for this kind of work.

The music is beautiful, but the melody of Brad’s singing doesn’t quite match the music all the time (at least that’s how I hear it). It’s interesting how that is sometimes the case with remixes….if you wrote this music with an ability to directly interact with Brad (e.g. if you were working with him in a band) you would have been possibly able to have him adjust the small melodic incongruences in response to your music, and the vocal-music match would be enhanced….this is really strong work, though - the music is quite beautiful…… .. .
