This has a very tough edge to it, with the power of Lonnie’s voice amped up through a distortion effect, a strong underlying drum beat, and… I think you’ve used “For the Morning?”

Would you mind adding a link to that in the credits?

Very cool. I dig the contrast between the synth and the lyrics… plus, the crackle is a nice touch.

I liked the contrast too, and the crackle was just to give it a little different feel:)
Glad you liked it!
Thanks!!!

fantastic. this pella has become the anthem of this project. paired with admiral bob, with your treatments and loop — the pella touches the heart in new places. the tenderness of the piano reflects the irony of the situation. your arrangement is what i’ve come to recognize as Alex Beroza song production perfection. you just keep getting better dude. i raise a glass to you!

I join Snowflake in raising a glass to you and not only for the sake of raising a glass. ;-)

Marrying Admiral Bob’s church-like piano chords to the gospel sermon cadence is so powerful!
This Anthem to the Free Market won’t ever be played on Fox - but it SHOULD be.
