Revolution Void is the music project of 22-year-old producer and jazz pianist Jonah Dempcy. The goal of R.V. is to blend electronic music with live improvisation, creating a somewhat unique genre of music termed ‘Electronic Breakbeat Jazz.’ It has been described as ‘Herbie Hancock meets the Chemical Brothers’ and the description is fitting, since the latest R.V. release features guest appearances Matthew Garrison, longtime bassist for Herbie Hancock’s Future2Future band.
