Process
The pella was sung with natural rallentando and accelerando around 67 bpm. So I had to track every bpm speed variation in the software and got busy aligning tracks: everything had to be played along, nothing pre-programmed.
Other Notes
I discovered that a lot of what we call "groove" lies in the not perfectly sharp-on-time playing
