Tools I Used

REAPER 4, Music Computing StudioBLADE, Guitar Rig 3 and 4, Omnisphere, Nexus, Ozone 3, Kjaurhause Master Limiter and Delay, Addictive drums, Trilogy, Metal Amp room, Sony Sound Forge. Charvel Custom Guitar. Antares Avox Choir.

Samples I Used

Got the Trifonic samples from this site.

Original Samples

Played in 4 new guitar tracks, one swelling guitar track, two rhythm tracks, and a lead melody track. Bass track played from the keyboard. and all new drums. Then some synths for ambiance.

Process

This song started as a guitar instrumental with a lot of shredding. Then I stumbled across this site, found the Trifonic bundle on here, dropped the vocals in and they started lining up with no issues. Added Avox choir to the vamp section of the vocals, and a little extra delay over. Starting tinkering around and ended up with a track.

Other Notes

I listened to the Specter Mix of this track and really dug it. The vibe and way that Amelia performs this track was quite inspiring to create some music for so I decided to go with the more rock feel instead of another electronic version. There are some delay artifacts on the vocal track, could have edited those out, however it just adds to the character.
